One photography tip I highly recommend is taking the extra time to carefully go through every single photo before delivering an album to your client.
Make sure to remove unnecessary duplicates or photos where someone’s eyes may be closed, they’re looking away, or the moment just doesn’t feel quite right. It’s also so important to pay attention to the background details while editing things like outlet covers, random distractions, lighting equipment, or even a bird flying through the frame can sometimes take away from an otherwise beautiful image.
Taking the time to clean up those little details can truly make such a big difference in the final gallery and helps create a more polished experience for your clients.
This is something I’m still continuously working on and improving as a photographer myself, but it’s definitely one of the best editing habits and photography tips I can recommend before sending out a completed album

Recently, I had the opportunity to do another senior photoshoot with two of my friends, and it was absolutely phenomenal
It’s honestly such a surreal feeling photographing seniors this year while also being a senior myself Class of 2026! It makes these sessions feel even more special and meaningful to me.
Senior photoshoots truly hold such a special place in my heart. I love getting to capture everyone’s personalities, accomplishments, and excitement for this season of life. Every single senior session is always so much fun, and they genuinely mean the world to me

Special Announcenments
As for this week’s special announcement
Your photographer is officially graduating high school this Friday, the 22nd! I am beyond proud of myself for how far I’ve come not only academically, but also throughout my photography journey.
This graduation also marks four years of photography for me, as I first started my business during my freshman year. Looking back at where I began compared to where I am now feels so surreal, and I’m incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported me along the way.
Here’s to graduation, growth, and continuing to chase my dreams.

Another little special story from my photography journey
The very first wedding I ever photographed was such a meaningful experience for me. This sweet couple trusted me to capture their big day, even knowing it was my very first wedding and I’ll forever be grateful for that opportunity.
Every single moment felt so special because I was the one trusted to preserve those memories for them. To help me throughout the day, I brought along another amazing photographer, Carrie Colson with Panhandle Portraits. She was absolutely phenomenal and such a huge help during the wedding.
That first wedding was the beginning of my love for wedding photography, and it truly helped start my journey in this area of photography. Weddings hold such a special place in my heart, and I’m still booking weddings and engagements!
