what is your turnaround time?
My turnaround time is up to four weeks, the galleries may be delivered sooner depending on the number of sessions I am photographing and editing at the time. Each gallery is carefully edited to ensure you receive the best final images possible.
do you provide raw or unedited images?
No, I do not provide raw or unedited images. The editing process is an important part of my work and overall Photography style. If you receive your gallery and would prefer a lighter or more natural edit, I'm always happy to discuss possible adjustments, but raw files are not available for delivery.
can I print my photos myself?
Absolutely! Once you receive your final gallery, your images are yours to download, print, and share. Tagging. Chasyannas photography, when sharing is always greatly appreciated, but never required. You'll also have the option to order professional quality prints directly through your online gallery if you prefer.
do you offer indoor/studio sessions?
Yes, I do! If you're interested in an indoor or studio style session, please let me know when booking so we can discuss your vision, set up and what the session will look like in more detail
can I add extra time or another location?
Absolutely! Additional time and locations can be added to your session through the available add-ons when booking on my website. Simply select the add-ons you'd like before completing your booking.
DO you travel for sessions?
Yes, I do! Travel is available for an additional $100 travel fee, and I can travel up to two hours outside of my standard service area. If you're interested in booking a session outside of my usual area, simply select the add-on for travel when completing your session booking.
What happens if i need to reschedule or cancel?
no worries! You may reschedule or cancel your session as long as you provide at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may receive a 50% refund at the photographers discretion rescheduling with at least 72 hours. Notice can be done without penalty and is subject to availability.
WHAT IF it rains or the weather is bad?
if weather conditions make your session unsafe, or unable to be completed, we'll reschedule for another available date and no penalty. If you were traveling or otherwise, unable to reschedule a 50% refund may be provided if the session cannot responsibly be completed. Whether related rescheduling is not considered a client cancellation.
DO YOU HELP WITH POSING?
Absolutely! If your camera shy or simply aren't sure what to do in front of the camera, don't worry. I'll guide you through opposing throughout your session so you can feel comfortable, confident, and natural in your photos.
